  • What does scientific research show about benefits of yoga?
    Studies have suggested possible benefits of yoga for several aspects of wellness, including stress management, mental/emotional health, promoting healthy eating/activity habits, sleep, and balance.
  • Are online yoga classes as good as face to face sessions?
    There are pros & cons to both online & offline sessions. However our technology enables us to deliver interactive sessions & an ambience that mimics the studio atmosphere. Moreover online yoga classes come with added advantages like affordable sessions & time saving. We also notice students being more regular since it's much more convenient to set up a laptop/phone for a session than to travel back & forth to the studio.
  • How would I join the online yoga sessions after booking & paying for it?
    You would get the Zoom joining details in the email that you submitted while booking the session.
